The cover block allows you to create visually striking sections, such as an image with overlay and text over it.
The block has additional settings, such as apply duotone filter, align, change content position and toggle to full height:
The image can be added from the Replace button.
In the block settings, more details can be adjusted, such as fixing or repeating the background, and adjusting the focal point of the image.
In the design settings, you can adjust the colour of the opacity, text, heading, and adjust the typography size.
In addition, you can place practically any block into the cover just by clicking at the icon marked on the screenshot above.
To adjust the height of the cover, just grab and move the sizing pins:
