New user accounts are created solely by the Group Marketing team. This is to ensure that users are properly vetted and trained before being granted access to the website.

Training requirements

Before a user account is created, the employee must receive training or guidance on working with the website. This ensures that all users are well-equipped to manage their respective responsibilities effectively.

Email registration

All user registrations must be conducted using Accace email addresses to maintain a consistent and professional standard of communication and identity verification.
